How to change my name server?

Either you contact your domain registrar or access control panel of domain register company. Look in change name server link. 

 

How many days it will take to make my own website?

It will take approximately 2-4 working days after redirecting name server of your domains.

 

Do I need any server to host?

No, we will provide it.

 

How can I view my bookings?

You need to click on My Account-à Bookings à Date Range à Submit

 

Will I get same commission if my customer does transaction on website directly?

Do I need any separate person to maintain the website?

No, we will maintain it.

You can book Flights, Hotels, Packages (Domestic as well International).

 

How do I search for a hotel?

There are 2 options when searching for a hotel. You may search by a city or an airport.

 

Search for hotels near a city:

You may enter the full city name or the 3-letter city code, e.g. New York or NYC. Use this option if you have a specific city of a location you need to be near.

 

Search for hotels near an airport :

You may enter the airport name or the 3-letter airport code. Use this option if you know you need to be near a specific airport.

 

Is the accommodation price "per person" or "per room"?

Unless otherwise stated, the price that you see is the price per room and not per person.

 

What meals are included in my accommodation price?

Depends some times it is room only, with Breakfast, Breakfast with luch or dinner, all meals.

 

What is an electronic ticket or e-ticket?

 

Electronic tickets are stored within the airlines reservation system rather than printed on a paper copy. This service is similar to the traditional paper ticket process, but eliminates the time and hassle associated with purchasing or exchanging a paper ticket.

 

How do I find out the total cost of my flights/hotel/packages including taxes, surcharges and fees?

 

On the "Payment" page, you will also see the total costs under "Your Order" to review before clicking on "Buy Now".

 

How will I get my ticket?

 

With effect from 1 June 2008 , due to recent IATA regulations, we issue only electronic tickets. In the event that you choose an itinerary which has an airline limitation that requires issuance of a paper ticket, you would be contacted by our Sales and Customer Care Team to make alternate arrangements.  This happens when the particular airline is not e-ticketable yet. After you complete your purchase and payment, you will get a confirmation email.  This is followed by another email confirming that your e-tickets have been issued.  Please print either confirmation email as proof of your booking. When you check-in for your flight, the airline check-in counter staff will request your passport (in the case of International travel) or any photo-ID (in the case of Domestic travel) prior to issuing the boarding pass.  Please also ensure you have the printed confirmation email as the airlines may request to view.

What can I do to change my flight booking?

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the fare that you have purchased.

 

Please contact our Sales and Customer Care Team for assistance. Our team will go through the fare conditions with you, and if amendments/cancellations are permitted, the team will check availability on the dates and flights you wish to travel on as well as advise you if your ticket needs to be revalidated/reissued.

 

For ticket reissues, the newly issued ticket will be an electronic ticket.  This is with effect from 1 June 2008 and is due to recent IATA regulations. Ticket refunds, re-issues, and changes (where permitted by the airline) may incur any fare difference, airline fees and a Travelocity fee of Rs 250 per ticket.

 

Will the price of my holiday package change after I’ve purchased it?

No, prices are guaranteed when your holiday package is purchased and confirmed.

What can I do to change my flight booking?

All changes must be done by contacting our Sales and Customer Care team, eg travel dates or passenger details changes.

 

For flight change, our team will look at the fare rules to check if your ticket can be changed as some ticket carries strict conditions that will not allow any changes.

 

For permitted amendments, our team will then check the dates and flight availability you wish to travel on, and advise the necessary procedure to make the change.

 

If you are holding a paper ticket, you may need to have your ticket re-validated either at our Ticketing Office or directly with the airlines.

 

* Travelocity Fee will be charged for flight amendments and refunds.

Do I need a hotel voucher to check in?

You do not require a hotel voucher but please print a copy of your confirmation e-mail to present at check-in as proof of your reservation.

 

When I will get my commission?

Your commission will be calculated on every 30th of the month. It will be transferred in your bank account on every 5th of the month.

 

Will any deduction on my Commission earned?

Yes, TDS will be deducted on total amount.
